    Vera’s interview above really makes me want to get into professional dance. I come from a Latin family so dance is just a part of our every day lives but I really want to learn to do it on a professional level. Dance is just a beautiful thing!

    I agree with 10 minutes a day. Sometimes it’s hard to carve out 10 minutes out of every day but the benefits are worth it for any endeavor…from learning a new language to practicing the piano to, of course, dance.
